Ondine Herlin combines international legal training with practical experience across the United States, Spain, Colombia, and Luxembourg, with a focus on Corporate Law and Intellectual Property. In New York, she has served as an extern at The Messas Law Practice, supporting French companies in their expansion into the U.S. market; as a Student Counselor in Cardozo School of Law's Fashion Law Practicum, advising Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) clients on trademarks and entity formation; and as a Pro Bono Associate at the IP Clinic of Indiana University's Maurer School of Law, working on trademark and copyright agreements, non-infringement and invalidity opinions, and patent opportunity analysis. In Luxembourg, she interned at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, researching the DORA Regulation and advising alternative investment fund managers. In Spain she collaborated with a civil law firm in Barcelona, and in Colombia she participated in peace-building dialogues at the Instituto de Estudios Interculturales and drafted constitutional remedies in Cartago. Native French and Spanish speaker with full professional command of English.
