His background includes advising on M&A, contract negotiations, due diligence, and compliance for a variety of projects. Juan Carlos has provided legal support in structuring and reviewing contracts and agreements; he has also led corporate formations and reorganizations that ensure companies’ operational continuity. He has experience managing regulatory matters before entities such as the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), including the implementation of electronic signatures and the mitigation of risks in the processing of personal data. His academic background includes a Master’s in IT and New Technologies Law and a Specialization in International Tax Law.
