Ana María Rodríguez is an international lawyer admitted to practice in Spain, with advanced legal training in the United States and Europe. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University, a Master’s in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris, and a dual degree in Law and International Relations from IE University. At Hoyos & Associates, Ana María advises clients on venture capital, cross-border corporate transactions, international regulatory compliance, and complex dispute resolution. She works with both early-stage startups and established companies, guiding them through investment processes, corporate structuring, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Previously, she worked at Cuatrecasas, focusing on investor–state arbitration, international commercial disputes, and ESG-related governance. She has also collaborated with organizations such as the OECD and the United Nations on digital policy, innovation, and responsible technology initiatives. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Ana María brings a multicultural, cross-disciplinary perspective to clients across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America.
