Ana María Rodríguez is an international lawyer admitted to practice in Spain, with advanced legal training in the United States and Europe. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University, a Master’s in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris, and a dual degree in Law and International Relations from IE University. At Hoyos & Associates, Ana María advises clients on venture capital, cross-border corporate transactions, international regulatory compliance, and complex dispute resolution. She works with both early-stage startups and established companies, guiding them through investment processes, corporate structuring, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Previously, she worked at Cuatrecasas, focusing on investor–state arbitration, international commercial disputes, and ESG-related governance.
